He is the author of The Next Rules of Work: The mindset, skillset, and toolset to lead your organization through uncertainty, available in English, Portuguese, and Hungarian.

The longtime Chair for the Future of Work for Singularity University, he now serves as the international thinktank's Global Fellow for Transformation, and hosts SU's Possible Futures podcast, interviewing worldwide experts on exponential technologies and strategies for leading.

Bolles is the co-founder of SoCap Global, the premier conference for impact investors and entrepreneurs, and has advised countless startups.

He has served as editorial director for six technology magazines, including Network Computing, Yahoo! Internet Life, and Inter@ctive Week ("The Internet's first newspaper").
